Sparco X-Light Racing Shoes The lightweight Sparco X-Light shoe was developed using feedback from Sparco’s professional drivers. This development program created some unique features for the new shoe. In place of a traditional tongue, the X-light uses a durable fabric called Jaquard that acts as an upper stretch panel. This unique upper reaches a whole new level in racing shoe comfort by letting them stretch and breath. The same Jaquard material is on the backside of the shoe, allowing the Achilles unrestricted movement. The X-Light has Sparco's next generation sole made from lightweight pure rubber, enhancing pedal feel while remaining anti-static, fuel- and oil-resistant. The mid-cut design features a full ultra-soft calf skin leather upper with perforated vents. The X-Light has a pre-formed cushioned insole. The Sparco X-Light is available in four colors: White/Red, Blue/White, Grey/Orange and Black in European sizes 37 through 48. The Sparco X-Light is FIA approved.
