BBS RI-S Two-Piece Forged Line Exclusive Wheels are forged aluminum wheels designed and produced in the renowned BBS Motorsports Department. The RI-S two-piece wheels use titanium fasteners and the rims are machined using a BBS-patented process to reduce weight. They all come with a diamond-cut rim and clear protective top coat. All RI-S 2-Pc Forged Line Exclusive wheel weights are optimized using FEA (Finite Element Analysis).

A Roll Bar Design as Bulletproof as the M3 Itself
CMS Performance designed the E92 roll bar with a one-piece main roll hoop featuring reinforced X-bracing along with a horizontal harness bar. (X-brace gussets can be added as an option add even more strength and rigidity.)
The harness bar is specifically designed to locate racing harness shoulder straps at the proper angle (0° to -20°) in most seating positions. Every CMS Performance E92 M3 roll bar bolts directly to the BMW's chassis, forming the rock-solid backbone of your roll-over and impact protection. Rearward kicker support angles are optimized for structural integrity and easy installation, while preserving your unobstructed rear view.

The COBB Accessport V3 is the world's best-selling, most flexible ECU upgrade solution for all turbocharged Porsche 997.1 Turbo and GT2. Unlock power and torque masked by Porsche's conservative, one-size-fits-all factory ECU tuning by choosing and downloading COBB's more aggressive calibrations and mapping. Plus, easily upgrade forever as you add future modifications to your engine with COBB's off-the-shelf (OTS) calibrations professionally designed for most of the popular bolt-on Porsche modifications. It's truly the last engine management solution you'll ever need!
Once you receive your Accessport, you just download the tuned map(s) of your choice from COBB's customer website, then upload them to your car's ECU via the OBD2 port. It's simple and easy, requiring only about 20 minutes! You can also save your original factory tune so you can change the ECU back to 100% stock anytime.
Warning! Installation of this Accessport over anything other than OEM or COBB software may result in ECU/TCU failure. Please contact COBB Support if you have any questions.
Stage 1 maps are designed for a stock engine configuration, stock airbox, and stock exhaust.
Stage 2 maps are designed for a high-flow exhaust and cats with an otherwise-stock engine, etc.
Stage 3 1000 maps designed for a high-flow exhaust, thicker core intercoolers, and COBB 1000-cc injectors.
Stage 3 1300 maps designed for a high-flow exhaust, thicker core intercoolers, and COBB 1300-cc injectors.
Each stage map enables brake boosting for two seconds. This allows you to floor the gas with your foot on the brake to build boost. The timer on the sport button has also been raised to 30 seconds so you can use the overboost feature longer.
There's also a valet mode that limits RPM to 4,000, and an anti-theft mode that prevents the vehicle from starting.
The in-cabin mountable Accessport V3 has a large, full color, higher resolution TFT screen that allows you to monitor up to six parameters in real time. Fully customizable look (multiple bezel colors and styles are available), layout (set up a race, street or dyno gauge cluster) and mounting options (choose from hundreds of standard vehicle mounts). The GiroDisc system is an upgrade to a 2-piece steel rotor and aluminum hat combination and is a direct replacement for the OEM brake disc. The 2-piece floating disc will bolt directly to the car and work with OEM calipers perfectly. By upgrading your brakes with these lightweight high-performance replacements as opposed to a big brake kit, your factory bias is maintained as well as your ABS efficiency. The Giro Disc rotors are lighter than OEM pieces. The reduction in rotational and unsprung weight allows for quicker acceleration and suspension response.
When used with Pagid or PFC performance brake pads, and Thunderhill RF-1 brake fluid (also available from CompetitionMotorsport.com), you have an amazing solution to overheating, cracking and warping rotors.
The central hat section of the disc is made from 6061-T6 aircraft specification aluminum. The disc is manufactured from cast iron which is constructed in the USA and is made to the same specification with the same material used by professional racing organizations. The rotors curved vane design was developed in racing and acts as a centrifugal pump to force cooling air through the disc.
The rotor and hat mount together through a floating mount system which utilizes 8-10 high strength alloy steel drive pins manufactured by GiroDisc in the USA to our own specifications and are cadmium plated for corrosion resistance. The alloy drive pins transfer the load from the brake action while maintaining the axial and radial float between the disc rotor and hat. The pins are secured by grade12 cap screws with hardened washers and mounted with anti-noise spring washers to allow for heat expansion while eliminating the rattle and noise associated with floating rotors.
The 2-piece GiroDisc design allows for rotor only replacement as well to minimize future replacement costs and deliver outstanding performance and cooling.

This 410mm Girodisc conversion system is a direct FRONT rotor replacement for the Porsche 991 and 991.2 GT3, GT3RS, AND GT2RS originally equipped with PCCB brakes. These two-piece floating rotors will bolt directly to the car and work with OEM calipers perfectly.
You must use must use the pad shape used on the 991 GT3 with iron rotors. The annulus (pad swept height) of these rotors is smaller than the PCCBs to keep rotor weight low and allow far better pad selection.
By upgrading your brakes with lightweight high-performance Girodisc rotors (paired with Girodisc A2-154 rear rotors), your factory brake bias and ABS efficiency are maintained. The low rotational and unsprung weight allows for quicker acceleration and transient suspension response. Most racers replace the factory PCCBs with steel two-piece rotors to avoid the inevitable damage to the fragile carbon ceramic discs when swapping wheels at the track!
When used with Pagid 4924 or PFC racing brake pads and Thunderhill RF1 Racing brake fluid, you have an amazing, durable solution to cracked or broken carbon-ceramic rotors at a fraction of the cost of the factory PCCBs.
The hat of each rotor is machined from 6061-T6 aircraft aluminum. The disc is manufactured from cast iron using the same specs and materials as professional racing organizations. The curved-vane design acts as a centrifugal pump to force cool air through the disc.
The disc and hat mount together using a floating mount system with high-strength alloy steel drive pins and Grade 12 cap screws. The drive pins transfer braking load while maintaining axial and radial float between the disc and hat to accomodate heat expansion. Hardened washers and anti-noise springs eliminate the rattle and noise sometimes associated with floating rotors.
The two-piece Girodisc design allows for disc-only replacement (using Girodisc D1-154); the aluminum hats are re-usable.

The Girodisc system is a direct replacement for the OE disc however a different brake pad with an annulus (pad swept area) of 66mm or less must be used. This is done to keep the rotor weight at a reasonable level. If we manufactured a rotor with the same annulus as the OEM CCM rotors they would be far too heavy.The necessary pad shape is available from both Pagid and PFC. If there is a specific pad compound you're after please contact us directly to provide the correct part numbers.The central hat section of our rotor is made from strictly U.S. sourced 6061-T6 aircraft specification aluminum. The disc is made from our own proprietary cast iron, poured in the USA and machined from start to finish in house at Girodisc. The rotor utilizes a curved vane design, developed in racing to act as a centrifugal pump to force cooling air through the disc.The rotor and hat have a floating mount system, which utilizes 8 or 10 high strength alloy steel drive pins, manufactured by Girodisc in the USA to our own specifications and cadmium plated for a long lasting corrosion resistance. These pins take the load from braking actions while maintaining the axial and radial float between the hat and disc. The pins are secured by grade 12 cap screws with hardened washers. In order to keep the rotors from making noise when cold, the pins are mounted with anti-noise spring washers on the rotor side which allow the rotor to grow with heat expansion but eliminate the rattle and noise associated with floating rotors.
