Bell 10 Hole Top Air Enhancing Helmet Ventilation for Optimal Airflow and Comfort The Bell Helmets 10 Hole Top Air kit is designed to utilize the top and forehead ventilation channels on compatible Bell racing helmets. The Bell 10 Hole Top Air attachment allows your helmet to be cooled by an in-car forced air system. Shock Doctor Eject Helps reduce the risk of post-crash neck and spine injuries! The Shock Doctor Eject emergency helmet removal system consists of a small inflatable bag worn inside the helmet. In the event of an incident, safety workers or EMTs inflate the bag, which safely pulls your helmet off without placing any strain on the neck.
