DS3.12
Released in 2019, the DS3.12 is the latest evolution in Ferodo's incredible DS line. Sports cars today have more of everything: more horsepower, more sophisticated aero, higher curb weights, and stickier tires. These attributes place serious demands on a vehicle's brake system. The Ferodo DS3.12 is the modern pad compound designed from the start to explicitly handle those demands. Out of all the pad compounds we've ever tested , from all manufacturers, the DS3.12 shows the flattest torque curve across the broadest temperature range. That means that on every turn, on every track you drive, on every lap, your brake pedal is going to feel almost exactly the same, providing tremendous consistency and repeatability. The DS3.12 has a higher mu than Ferodo's other compounds, so not as much leg pressure is required to initiate the desired response. It is also unfadable, showing no drop in performance at any temp your brakes will ever see. In dyno testing, the DS3.12 has shown superior wear rates to the other Ferodo compounds, while remaining kind to the discs. We believe the DS3.12 will become the gold standard to which other race compounds will be compared.

Girodisc
A1-146 Girodisc 2pc Front Brake Rotors
from $1,700.00
FITS PORSCHE 911 GT3/GT3RS/GT2RS (2014+) FRONT WITH STEEL BRAKES
The Girodisc system is a direct replacement for the OE disc on the 991 GT3, GT3RS, and GT2RS with OEM iron rotors. No modifications are necessary, allows use of factory unmodified pads unlike most aftermarket solutions for this application. The disc will bolt directly to the car and work with OE calipers perfectly. By upgrading your brakes with lightweight, high performance replacements -- as opposed to a big brake kit -- your factory brake bias and ABS efficiency are preserved. The central hat section of our rotor is made from strictly USA-sourced 6061-T6 aircraft specification aluminum. The rotor is made from Girodisc's own proprietary cast iron, poured in the USA and machined from start to finish in house at Girodisc. The rotor utilizes a curved vane design, developed in racing to act as a centrifugal pump to force cooling air through the disc. The rotor and hat have a floating mount system, which utilizes 12 high strength alloy steel drive pins, manufactured by Girodisc in the USA to their own specifications and cadmium plated for long-lasting corrosion resistance. These pins take the load from braking while maintaining the axial and radial float between the hat and disc. The pins are secured by Class 12.9 cap screws with hardened washers. In order to keep the rotors from making noise when cold, the pins are mounted with anti-noise spring washers on the rotor side which allow the rotor to grow with heat expansion, eliminating the rattle and noise commonly associated with floating rotors. This float also allows the rotor to self center between the pads.Once the Girodisc system is in place, simply replace the cast iron rotor ring when needed. When used with Pagid or PFC racing brake pads and hi-temp RF1 racing brake fluid, you have what amounts to a truly amazing solution to overheating or warping rotors. If your car same with OEM center lock wheels please select the center lock drive pin option.Sold/priced in pairs.

Girodisc
A2-154 Girodisc 2pc REAR Brake Rotors (OEM PCCB)
$1,900.00
Girodisc A2-154 Rear Iron Rotor Conversion for Porsche PCCB
Fits The Following Porsches With OEM PCCB:
Porsche 991.1 and 991.2 GT3
Porsche 991.1 and 991.2 GT3RS
Porsche 991.2 GT2RS
This 390mm Girodisc conversion system is a rear rotor direct replacement for any Porsche 991 GT3, GT3RS, and GT2RS originally equipped with PCCB brakes. These two-piece floating iron rotors will bolt directly to the car and work with your OEM calipers perfectly.
By upgrading your brakes with these lightweight, high-performance Girodisc rotors (paired with the A1-154 front rotors), your factory brake bias and ABS efficiency are maintained. The low rotational and unsprung weight allows for quicker acceleration and transient suspension response. Most racers replace the factory PCCBs with steel two-piece rotors to avoid the inevitable damage to the fragile carbon ceramic discs when swapping wheels at the track!
When used with Pagid or PFC performance brake pads and Thunderhill RF1 Racing brake fluid, you have an amazing, durable solution to cracked or broken carbon-ceramic rotors at a fraction of the cost of replacing the factory PCCB units.
The central hat section of each disc is made from 6061-T6 aircraft aluminum. The disc is manufactured from cast iron which is constructed in the USA and is made to the same specification with the same material used by professional racing organizations. The rotors curved-vane design was developed in racing and acts as a centrifugal pump to force cooling air through the disc.
The rotor and hat mount together through a floating mount system which utilizes eight to ten high-strength alloy steel drive pins manufactured by Girodisc in the USA to their own specifications and are cadmium plated for corrosion resistance. These alloy drive pins transfer the load from the brake action while maintaining the axial and radial float between the disc rotor and hat. The pins are secured by Grade 12 cap screws with hardened washers and mounted with anti-noise spring washers to allow for heat expansion while eliminating the rattle and noise associated with floating rotors.
The two-piece Girodisc design allows for rotor only replacement as well to minimize future replacement costs and deliver outstanding performance and cooling.
Sold/priced per pair.
