Competition Motorsport CMS Performance RF1 DOT4 Racing Brake Fluid (500 ml) from $24.95
CMS Performance RF1 DOT4 622oF Racing Brake Fluid Buy in bulk and save. Get six bottles and save 15%, or a case of 12 and save a whopping 25%! The Highest Dry Boiling Point Racing Brake Fluid You Can Buy CMS Performance RF1 fully synthetic Racing Brake Fluid is formulated to provide the highest performance under racing and track-day conditions, where braking systems operate at very high sustained temperatures. RF1 exceeds all DOT 3 & 4 requirements and is compatible with all DOT 3, 4, and 5.1 fluids. (Not compatible with DOT5 or mineral-based brake fluids.) There is perhaps no single safety system more important in racing than brakes. And no part of that system is more critical than brake fluid. At Competition Motorsport, we got tired of (and a little nervous) using "racing" brake fluid on the track that didn't live up to its claimed performance. So we did something about it. Manufactured in partnership with Orthene Chemicals, a British brake fluid supplier to professional race teams in Formula 1, WEC, and many other pro series, CMS Performance RF1 Racing Brake Fluid is formulated to maintain consistent viscosity, lubricity, and compressibility at extreme temperatures and line pressures found in racing, track days, and spirited driving. Bottom line: you can spend more money, but you can't buy higher-performing racing brake fluid! CMS Performance RF1 Racing Brake Fluid Specifications: Typical dry boiling point: 622° F (328° C) Typical wet boiling point: 399° F (204° C) Exceeds DOT3 & DOT4 standards Individual 500 ml (16.7 oz.) bottles Click Here For The RF1 Product MSDS Sheet A Note About Brake Fluid Boiling Points DOT 4 brake fluid like RF1 is hygroscopic, meaning it attracts water over time sitting in your brake lines and reservoir. At high brake temperatures, this water can boil in your car's brake lines, causing the fluid in the lines to become compressible. That's what you feel when you experience brake fade. This is why the "wet" (aged fluid) boiling point of any brake fluid is substantially lower than the "dry" (brand new fluid) boiling point. Since time is the enemy of brake fluid performance, the best practice is to replace your racing brake fluid before each track event/weekend. At a minimum, flush it with new fluid at least every three months if you're consistently racing and/or driving at track days. A couple bottles of fluid will flush most sports cars or race cars. It ends up being pretty cheap insurance against learning about brake fade the hard way.
PFC Brake Pads 0776.XX.17.44 FRONT
Performance Friction PFC Brake Pads 0776.XX.17.44 FRONT $384.95
PFC 11 COMPOUND A new generation sprint and medium distance friction: the ultimate in control with superior disc conditioning. Developed from 01 compound with improved bite, modulation, and release characteristics. It is ultra smooth and developed to reduce wheel locking at the end of braking while giving more cold and hot bite than the endurance oriented 08 compound. Brake with confidence; brake with ultimate control and modulation. PFC 08 COMPOUND One of PFC's most popular compounds which came to fame in Endurance Sportscar and GT racing due to its performance in applications where smooth initial bite is a must. PFC08 has a slight friction rise with temperature, excellent release and modulation characteristics. Despite its considerable performance, 08 has the lowest wear rate of all PFC compounds and can easily match the wear characteristics of the other competitors' materials but with much higher bite and consistent performance across a broad temperature range. FITMENT (Iron Rotors Only) Most Porsche 986, 987, 996, and 997 Front Calipers

Girodisc Pad Spreader GDPS01
Girodisc Girodisc Pad Spreader GDPS01 $250.00
Girodisc Brake Pad Spreader This indispensable tool is used by race teams, shops, and enthusiasts alike who have high performance four- and six-piston calipers. The spreader is designed to spread brake pads and pistons in four- and six-piston calipers to facilitate quick replacement of pads and/or rotors in a shop or racing environment. No more screwdrivers, pliers, hammers, or C-clamps! This tool will retract the pistons evenly and all the way back into their bores with one squeeze of the levers. The Girodisc spreader was designed around popular four-piston and six-piston calipers from Brembo, AP Racing, Alcon, and other performance calipers in racing and road use. To help fit in any caliper, the amount of throw is adjustable.Insert the spreading plates one way for wider six-piston calipers, then turn the spreader 90o and use the plate sides for four-piston calipers. The Girodisc Pad Spreader is made from heavy-gauge steel and is powder-coated for durability. The slider is cadmium-plated, and nylon pivot bushings ensure smooth action. The Girodisc Pad Spreader will quickly become an invaluable tool for any race team, shop, or enthusiast who changes pads and rotors with any frequency.
A2-031 Girodisc 2pc Rear Brake Rotors (325mm)
Girodisc A2-031 Girodisc 2pc Rear Brake Rotors (325mm) $1,200.00
Girodisc A2-031 Two Piece Floating Racing Brake Rotors (325mm) The Girodisc system is an upgrade to a 325mm 2-piece steel rotor and aluminum hat combination and is a direct replacement for the OEM brake disc. The 2-piece floating disc will bolt directly to the car and work with OEM calipers perfectly. By upgrading your brakes with these lightweight high-performance replacements as opposed to a big brake kit, your factory bias is maintained as well as your ABS efficiency. The Girodisc rotors are lighter than OEM pieces. The reduction in rotational and unsprung weight allows for quicker acceleration and suspension response. When used with Pagid or PFC racing brake pads and Thunderhill Performance RF-1 racing brake fluid, you have an amazing solution to overheating, cracking and warping rotors. The central hat section of the disc is made from 6061-T6 aircraft specification aluminum. The disc is manufactured from cast iron which is constructed in the USA and is made to the same specification with the same material used by professional racing organizations. The rotors curved vane design was developed in racing and acts as a centrifugal pump to force cooling air through the disc. The rotor and hat mount together through a floating mount system which utilizes 8-10 high strength alloy steel drive pins manufactured by Girodisc in the USA to our own specifications and are cadmium plated for corrosion resistance. The alloy drive pins transfer the load from the brake action while maintaining the axial and radial float between the disc rotor and hat. The pins are secured by grade12 cap screws with hardened washers and mounted with anti-noise spring washers to allow for heat expansion while eliminating the rattle and noise associated with floating rotors. The 2-piece Girodisc design allows for rotor only replacement as well to minimize future replacement costs and deliver outstanding performance and cooling. Sold/priced per pair.
